P & C Association
The P&C Association is comprised of volunteer parents who are elected to Office Bearer and Executive member positions at an Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in February of each year.
The P&C meets twice each term to discuss a variety of issues, including how to raise much needed funding to subsidise various projects within our school. The various subcommittees include the Canteen, The Uniform Shop and Fundraising. All revenue raised in these areas contributes towards the management of the school canteen and providing additional resources for students.
Annual fundraising events include Easter raffle, School Disco, Mother's and Father's Day stalls. Funds raised from these events traditionally support school graduation events and the faction athletics carnival. As well as this the P&C Association provides joint funding in shared projects with the school each year. Previous shared projects have included playground equipment, seating in the grounds, signage and air cooling.
Your Ranford Primary P&C members are parent volunteers, committed to making our school a better learning environment for all our children. We welcome all parents who would like to join us or come along to these meetings held in Week 3 and Week 7 of each term.
